I had an outstanding experience at this healthcare facility and felt genuinely cared for from start to finish. The front desk staff were welcoming, efficient, and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was the professionalism and compassion of the medical team. They took the time to listen carefully, explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure all of my questions were answered without ever feeling rushed. It’s clear they truly prioritize patient care and comfort. The facility itself was spotless, well-organized, and created a calm environment, which made a big difference during what could have been a stressful visit. The level of coordination between staff members was impressive, and everything ran right on schedule. I left feeling confident in the care I received and grateful to have such a high-quality healthcare provider in the community. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone looking for attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate care.

Facility is understaffed. They do have amazing workers and the physical therapy is good. However… -admitted a patient with respiratory issues in the afternoon with no meds including inhalers available until the next day. (They told patient that meds would not be available until the next day). -gave said patient a broken bed with no ability for patient with respiratory issues to adjust the head of the bed. -same patient had a “broken” call light that was supposedly fixed after a few days but I still had to call the facility to relay an urgent need. Would not recommend. Rooms are very nice but would rather have better staffing available than a “nice” room.

I did not see anyone getting any kind of rehab or real care there for over a week visiting a loved one I would not let a family member ever go there again

After a very serious operation I spent time there recuperating. Very clean place ! Main staff and management cared about the patients! One caveat this is a rehab center it is not one on one care facility so staff at times are caring for multiple people. The food needs to be made to accomadate a multitude of health issues they are not cooking food to your specific order there are choices but it is a healthcare facility. I went there to get well enough to go back home and that worked out great!

This place is very nice. There always seems to be plenty of staff on hand, the staff is all very kind and it appears my dad is getting great care. My thanks to everyone there.

Don’t be fooled by the look of the facility! yes it looks nice and clean from outside and yeh they maybe nice to your family members that only lasts for a week ! Overall they are short staffed and actually some are not very friendly! because they are under stressed my mother has been there for almost two months and it has been a nightmare! Please stay away from this facility. And one more the food is horrible as well .

If I could rate this place a negative number I surely would. I read the mission statement and gag what garbage is being said! Shame on you Mission. You are a NO star rating from this elderly guy insured. My wife needed 2 weeks rehab. And was turned down because I had Blue cross Blue shield insurance. Related to the Boeing strike? Which we were not part of. But was told that was the reason for denial. I’m sure Blue Cross would like to know this information? But in short…you suck! So people out there take warnings. If you believe what you read as a rating. Good luck. I say different. And I’m You. Not somebody who wants your money.

I had a friend there for 2 weeks and I wasnt impressed at all. The aids or nurses were very unprofessional…..it took 40 minutes for a nurse to come take my friend to the bathroom…she had already wet herself! Very bad service! Her clothes disappeared twice! They all need to be retrained!! I woukdnt recommend this place to anyone!

I was there for 5 1/2 weeks and was so well cared for. Yes, the food was quite good and nutritious. But best of all w as the staff-so caring and professional at t he same time .

Staff members failed to identify Failed to notify Failed to treat Failed to get proper help for an individual suffering from a massive UTI. Which resulted in patient having to be transported to the emergency room, and eventually on life-support in the CCU. Patient was fine going in there and was fighting for their life not more than three weeks in. Update after filing a complaint and contacting the facility as you see to the response to this review The workers and staff lied on an official investigation into this matter and when I spoke to the person who posted the phone number and they realized who I was referring to All communications were were cut off

My mother inlaw waited 45min today for help to bathroom with a fractured pelvis and broken arm. Understaffing is not acceptable care.

Purpose for inpatient stay: Rehab; after below knee amputation. 2 week stay. I’m leaving this comprehensive review to let everyone know what to expect. I hope your stay is far better than our experience. Things visually look well kept, but they are not! 0 stars – PICC Line Treatment – Perminatly Incerted Cardiac Catheter, direct line to the heart. – Staff preformed non-steral, ungloved dressing change; due to frustration from things sticking to their gloves; multiple staff members were involved. They used rubberized tape that had to be cut off at the next dressing change. No cap on the PICC line, because there’s not one available. PICC line was left open, after treatments; patient needed to visually/verbally insure it’s closure. PICC line was pulled 4cm out when checked with next dressing change. 3 stars – Medication Management – Orders were followed correctly and with precision, mostly. Follow through needs timely management when things are changed/altered. 0 star – Occupational Therapy – Very minimal interaction, if they were there 15min 2x weekly, that’s often from the OT team. The patient fell while preforming an unassigned deep knee bend (on 1 leg). When the Incident Report was filled, the OT rep told the patient they were crazy after telling the Reporting Party what happened. I’m very disappointed with the OT Team. 2 stars – Physical Therapy – Very minimal interaction, if they were there 30min 2x weekly, that’s often from the PT team. Giving paper packets and no follow up was the consistency we experienced. This team needs to do better. People need your expertise to help get back to daily life and back home. 0 stars – New/Changed Orders – If something is changed: dressing frequency, medication changes, frequency changes, new orders; this process takes 5+ days to implemented. Even from their in-house PCP. Be prepared for a super slow process, even if it’s an immediate change. 0 stars- Medical Waste – The nursing team is disgusting while in a patients room. Wrappers, caps, covers, cups, gloves, used bandage, cleaning pads, packets and everything else they use while preforming their duties are not picked up or disposed of correctly. There are lots of items left on the floor. Needles and syringes are disposed of in their proper recepticals, thankfully. 0 stars – Room cleaning – Never vacuumed. Minimal touch up/spot cleaning. Bed was changed 1x in a 2 week stay. Patient used the grabber that OT provided to pick up medical waste off the floor, multiple times a day to avoid stepping on it. 2 star – Shower/Personal Hygiene – It took more than a week to get on the shower schedule. No shower for the first week, at all. Schedule was Sunday and Wednesday. 1 Sunday with a bedding change after over a week. 1 Wednesday with no bedding change following the perviously mentioned shower. 4 stars – Personell/Team – The nursing team was very nice and showed compassion. There were a few stand out staff members that we personally thanks and counted blessings to have met. Never forget to give thanks! 4 stars – Diet/ food – Thank you for doing everything you can to accommodate room service. 4 stars – Discharged from facility – We have mixed feelings about this process, but ultimately things were handled as best as possible. 1 of our scripts was unfillable due to no quality of pills listed, and when the pharmacy tried to confirm, there was no record of the script ever being written by that Dr. Everything else the discharge team accomplished was greatly appreciated. Thank you for good communication and actually taking 2 meetings with us. Closing remarks: Get your loved ones out of here ASAP. Visit as much as possible, be present in their recovery and do not leave them here for a long stay without your supervision and unconditional trust. Be present for your loved ones!

I’d like to give a shout out to Trizah Gathura, one of the many nurses at Mission Healthcare who represents this facility with greatness! Not only is she professional, but very personable as well. She made me feel genuinely cared for and comfortable.
